Our Injection Molding Factory

We have a injection molding factory covering an area of more than 2,500 square meters in Dongguan City, with about 80 employees. We focus on the manufacture and design of precision molds, mass production of injection parts. Our industries include consumer goods, electronics, industrial parts, medical and pharmaceutical etc.

We have high-tech mold design capabilities and a full set of machining centers. We have advanced CNC machining centers, CNC wire cutting machines, milling machines, precision grinders, CNC electric discharge machines and 2&3 size measuring instruments.

We have 12 injection molding machines that can perform batch plastic injection after the mold is completed. No matter what your needs are, our large-scale, diversified array of options means that we’re ready to take on your next project, no matter how big or small.

Our Extruded Molding Factory

Our extrusion die factory is located in Foshan, the hinterland of the Pearl River Delta, which is known as the "City of Aluminum Industry" in China. It covers an area of 6000 square meters and has more than 200 employees. It is engaged in the design and production of professional aluminum extrusion molds.

The main products are lighting profiles, wall washer series, hardware furniture series, medical equipment series, motor housing series, general round tube rod series, assembly line bracket profile series, shower room series, etc. 

And can design and manufacture molds and products required by customers according to customer requirements, drawings or samples provided; our company can perform various surface treatments such as electrophoresis, oxidation, spraying, etc., especially the effect of alkaline sand anodizing is quite good, giving high-end products The decoration market has created favorable conditions.
